Miss Megan understands that plans can change! The following policy helps ensure fairness and allows her to prepare thoughtfully for each family, classroom, or event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

• Requests made with 48+ hours notice may be rescheduled or refunded without penalty.
   

Late Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable, as time and materials have already been reserved.

• When possible, Miss Megan is happy to apply the payment toward a future session at her discretion.
   

Weather & Unexpected Circumstances

• For outdoor sessions, weather-related concerns will be handled with flexibility. Megan will work with you to reschedule if conditions are unsafe.

• In the event of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, please reach out as soon as possible — compassion and communication go a long way.
   

No-Shows

• Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
   

Booking Confirmation

• Submitting a booking form does not confirm your session. Your booking is confirmed once Megan has followed up and details and payment are finalized.
